This Privacy Policy explains how NovuLeads (“NovuLeads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information in connection with our content-production and publishing application (the “Application”). The Application produces original short-form video and publishes it to YouTube channels that are owned and operated by NovuLeads.

1. Who this policy covers
The Application is operated by NovuLeads for its own YouTube channels. It is not a multi-tenant product that collects personal data from members of the public. The “Google account data” described below belongs to the NovuLeads operator account that authorizes the Application to publish on its behalf.
2. Information we access and use
Google and YouTube account data
When the operator authorizes the Application through Google OAuth, we receive an authorization (a “refresh token”) that allows the Application to act on the connected YouTube channel. We use this access for one purpose only: to upload videos and set custom thumbnails on the operator’s own channels.
The specific Google API scopes the Application requests, and the reason for each, are:

Upload finished video files to the connected YouTube channel.
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl
Set the video’s metadata and apply a custom thumbnail after upload.
The Application does not read your private videos, view analytics, access your subscribers’ personal data, post comments, or read any other Google product data.
Content the Application generates
To produce videos, the Application generates scripts, narration, and images using third-party services (see Section 5). This generated content does not contain Google user data.
3. How we store and protect data
OAuth credentials (refresh tokens) are stored locally on the operator’s own infrastructure in order to keep the Application running without repeated sign-in. We do not transmit these credentials to any third party, and we do not store them in any public location. Access is limited to the operator.
4. How we use Google user data
Google user data accessed through the Application is used solely to upload and publish video content to the operator’s own YouTube channels. We do not:
- sell Google user data;
- use it for advertising;
- transfer it to third parties except as needed to provide the publishing feature, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition with appropriate notice;
- allow humans to read it, except where required for security, to comply with law, or with the operator’s explicit consent.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
5. Third-party services
The Application uses the following service providers to generate and render content. These providers process the generated content (scripts, audio, images), not your Google account data:
- AI text and image generation providers, used to draft scripts and create background visuals;
- A video rendering service, used to assemble the final video file;
- YouTube Data API (Google), used to publish the finished video.
6. YouTube API Services
The Application uses YouTube API Services. By using the Application, you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google’s use of any information it collects is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
7. Data retention and deletion
We retain OAuth credentials only for as long as the Application is in active use. When access is revoked (through the Google permissions page above) or when the operator deletes the stored credential, the Application can no longer access the connected account and any locally stored token is deleted. 8. Children’s privacy
The Application is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
