These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website and the content-production application operated by NovuLeads (“NovuLeads”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
1. The service
NovuLeads operates automated tools that produce original short-form video content and publish it to YouTube channels owned and operated by NovuLeads. The application authenticates with Google in order to upload videos and apply thumbnails to those channels. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract to use the services. Where the services connect to a Google or YouTube account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your authorization.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- violate the YouTube Terms of Service or any Google policy;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services, related systems, or another party’s account;
- interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
- reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
4. Third-party services
The services rely on third-party platforms, including YouTube API Services and other providers used to generate and render content. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their availability.
5. Intellectual property
The NovuLeads name, website, and software are owned by NovuLeads and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission. Content you create or own remains yours.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovuLeads will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the services.
8. Termination
You may stop using the services at any time and revoke any access granted to the application through your Google account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access to the services if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the services or comply with law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts located in Brazil.
